SAYINI | BAR RESTAURANT | PAROS

Sayini restaurant is situated in a picturesque fishermen’s village, at the southern side of Paros, near the far end of the seashore with seafood restaurants lined up by the sea. It seduces the visitor in a way that is effortless, unprovocative, quiet. It allows one to move freely in between circular oriented curve - defined spaces that gradually unfold from the interior towards the seaside, suggesting ocean waves. The visitor is captured, by the energy of the sea, in a holistic experience, whilst the seafront is revealed, as if through a camera’s wide-angle lens. Such an experience impassioned Sayini’s inspirers towards its concept and the implementation of the design.
