Concept

The complete redesign of Kos Divine Hotel & Suites in Kos town by 1525 Architecture Studio (Dimitrios Sergentakis) transforms an iconic seafront property into a modern 5-star destination. The architectural vision seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor spaces with the natural light of the Aegean.

Design Approach

Clean lines, natural materials, and an earthy color palette. Wood, polished concrete, and tactile fabrics combine to create an atmosphere of quiet luxury, functionality, and calm sophistication.

Furnishing by K2 Contract Furniture

K2 Contract Furniture brought the architectural concept to life through bespoke joinery and tailored contract furniture. Every piece was built to custom specifications, offering exceptional durability for high-traffic hospitality environments without compromising on design.

Result

A refined hospitality space where spatial clarity and tailored furniture solutions form a cohesive, elevated guest experience.
