Concept

Seed Rooftop at Hyatt Regency Malta is a premier dining and lounge destination in the heart of St. Julian’s. Designed in collaboration with Design Hub Studio Malta, the project blends the sophistication of a luxury rooftop setting with relaxed Mediterranean elegance and panoramic views.

Design Approach

The design vision centers on creating an atmospheric outdoor and semi-outdoor space. Organic forms, warm ambient lighting, and refined contract furniture form a palette of modern luxury, carefully curated to deliver comfort and high durability against Mediterranean climate conditions.

Furnishing by K2 Contract Furniture

K2 Contract Furniture supplied specialized contract seating and lighting solutions for the rooftop. The collection includes Flow lounge armchairs and barstools, robust Dea table bases, alongside statement woven lighting fixtures (Medousa, Simi, Pandora) that define the space’s warm, tactile identity.

Result

A standout rooftop hospitality destination in Malta where Design Hub Studio Malta’s creative vision meets K2 Contract Furniture’s high-performance contract solutions.
