Concept

CABO – Mayor Hotels & Resorts was conceived as an adults-only resort focused on contemporary hospitality and understated luxury. The architectural approach prioritizes compositional clarity, spatial functionality, and the creation of a calm environment defined by a clear and cohesive design identity.

Design Approach

Interior and exterior spaces are treated as a continuous whole, reinforcing spatial flow and visual continuity. A neutral color palette and durable materials support the hotel’s operation under intensive use conditions, while maintaining a sense of balance and restraint. Furniture is integrated into the architectural framework, contributing to spatial organization without visually dominating the environment.

Furnishing by K2 Contract Furniture

K2 Contract Furniture was responsible for the complete furnishing of both interior and exterior areas, developing custom-made solutions tailored to the specific requirements of the project. In close collaboration with ixnos architects and the construction company ERGOPRAXIS S.A., the furniture was designed to reinforce the architectural coherence and contemporary resort character of CABO.

Result

An adults-only hospitality project where architectural intent and contract furnishing operate as an integrated system, delivering a balanced and timeless spatial experience with a clear design direction.
