Concept

UNDA – Mayor Hotels & Resorts was conceived as a tranquil hospitality retreat in Roda, on the island of Corfu, Greece, emphasizing calmness, natural expression, and understated elegance. The architectural intent focuses on creating a low-intensity environment where spatial qualities support relaxation and a refined guest experience.

Design Approach

The project is structured around a clear spatial organization and a strong relationship between interior and exterior environments. Material choices, soft tonal variations, and restrained geometries establish a calm architectural language that remains closely connected to the surrounding landscape. Spaces are designed to promote continuity, functionality, and long-term relevance.

Furnishing by K2 Contract Furniture

K2 Contract Furniture was responsible for the complete furnishing of both interior and exterior areas, developing custom-made solutions tailored to the specific needs of the project. In close collaboration with ixnos architects and the construction company ERGOPRAXIS S.A., the furniture was seamlessly integrated into the overall architectural concept, reinforcing the hotel’s calm and natural character.

Result

A hospitality project where architectural composition and contract furnishing operate as a unified system, shaping a balanced and refined environment with a clear and coherent design identity.
